BGL CAS 360 integration for unlisted and listed public companies
Unlisted and listed public companies have legal requirements which are not covered by CAS 360’s functionality. These include providing TFN and AIIR reports to the Australian Tax Office, holding shareholder meetings, and calculating resident and non-resident withholding tax for dividend payments.

With GreenID* built into our system, you can perform online AML/CTF verification checks and Politically Exposed Person screenings on individuals.
Using GreenID reduces your requirement to collect identification documents from your investors and manually perform checks. GreenID verification can be performed on applicants during our capital raising process and on existing investors.

ASIC verification for companies
Our system is connected to ASIC’s database, allowing you to perform verification checks on Australian companies*. ASIC verification returns information on a company’s status, shareholders, office holders and other associated parties, reducing the requirement to collect information manually.

The Australian Government’s free ABN/ACN lookup service is integrated into our system, allowing you to seamlessly validate companies and certain trusts via access to the publicly available information registered with the Australian Business Register.

Free ABN lookup for super funds
You can validate super funds that have an ABN seamlessly within our system, using the Australian Government’s free super fund lookup service. It provides publicly available information about super funds regulated by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).
