Accuracy of Application: I/We declare that this application is submitted according to the terms of the offer document and confirm that all details are accurate to the best of my/our knowledge.

Agreement to Terms: I/We agree to the offer terms, the Responsible Entity's (RE) governing documents, and acknowledge these govern my/our investment rights and obligations.

Access to Offer Document: I/We confirm access to, and understanding of, the offer document, including annexures, before completing this application.

Compliance with Laws: I/We represent that our subscription will not violate applicable laws and accept responsibility for complying with all regulations.

Liability Exclusion for Registry Direct Limited: I/We declare that Registry Direct Limited is not liable for any loss incurred from this offer or use of their systems.

Electronic Communication Consent: I/We agree to receive all communications electronically and will maintain accurate contact information.

Understanding of Terms: I/We confirm understanding all terms and conditions in the offer document prior to submitting this application.

Acknowledgment of Risk: I/We recognize the investment risks and affirm that due diligence was conducted independently.

Independence of Decision: I/We declare that this investment decision is made based on my/our own assessment without relying on advice from Registry Direct Limited.

Legal Ownership of Funds: I/We confirm legal ownership of the investment funds and that they were obtained lawfully.

Right to Reject Application: I/We understand that the RE may reject this application without providing a reason.

Obligation to Update Information: I/We agree to notify the RE of any changes in the information provided before the offer's closing date.

Regulatory Disclosure: I/We acknowledge that the RE may disclose investment information to regulatory bodies as required by law.

General Authority

Authority to Act: By accepting these terms and conditions, the investor ("You") hereby authorizes [Company Name], its officers, directors, agents, and representatives to act on your behalf in connection with the subscription, purchase, management, and administration of the investment.
Binding Agreement: You acknowledge that this General Authority forms a legally binding agreement and that you have the legal capacity to grant such authority to both the Responsible Entity and Investment Manager.
Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete and that your investment complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and the rules and guidelines issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Limitation of Authority: This General Authority does not empower either the Responsible Entity or the Investment Manager to undertake any actions that are outside the scope of the services described in this subscription agreement or that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
Revocation of Authority: You may revoke this General Authority at any time by providing written notice to the Responsible Entity, subject to any notice period or other conditions specified in this subscription agreement or as required by law.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless both the Responsible Entity and Investment Manager from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the exercise of this General Authority, except to the extent caused by ether the Responsible Entities or Investment Manager's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Governing Law: This General Authority shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

The RE complies with Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), requiring your information to be included in the public register. This information is collected to administer your security holdings. Failure to provide information may hinder administration. Your information may be disclosed to the entity in which you hold securities and regulators. You may access your personal information by contacting the offeror as detailed in the offer document.
